QHHT
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique is a very powerful form of hypnosis created by a pioneering American woman, Dolores Cannon. During a session the client can travel to different realms to experience other incarnations. This could include journeys to past, parallel or future lives or the client may travel to other dimensions such as the Spirit World or other planets. QHHT is not just for those who believe in past-lives or are metaphysically minded, though it does help to come with an open mind as it will challenge many pre-conceived ideas and beliefs we all have grown up with.

In addition to the Quantum aspect, QHHT differs greatly from traditional hypnosis in that it allows the practitioner to access and dialogue with the client’s Higher Self or Oversoul. This is a larger soul fragment which subdivides into smaller soul fragments that become our individual incarnations.
The Higher Self is more closely connected to God or Source. It is the all-knowing, all-seeing self that has all the answers to your questions. It knows everything about you as it has been with your soul’s journey throughout all of your incarnations. Not only has it unlimited knowledge but it also has an unlimited ability to heal the physical body.
Sometimes mental, emotional and physical issues are rooted in trauma from childhood or from other lives we have lived. Sometimes they are connected to lessons being learned in this current life or lessons or karma carried over from past-lives. During the session your Higher Self will always take you to the most appropriate time and place to show you what is of most benefit for you to learn at this time. You will be shown the root causes of any physical or emotional issues and if appropriate either partial or full healing will occur.

QHHT practitioners have witnessed many miraculous, instantaneous healings during sessions. In cases where the Higher Self does not fully heal the client, it may be that the client still needs to deal with the issues that initially caused the illness and learn more about themselves in the process. It may also be because the illness is being experienced as part of a soul-contract in order to repay some karmic debt.

Your QHHT Session
​
A session can last from 4 to 5 hours and it is important to know it cannot be rushed so try to keep that day free of other obligations in order to fully relax and get the most out of your session. It would be a good idea to do a meditation and/or listen to calming music the morning of your session and avoid drinking coffee as it is a stimulant. It is a long session so it's important you have something to eat before you come. Please wear comfortable clothing to help you relax during the session.

When you arrive we will sit and chat for 1 to 2 hours and you'll share with me what you want to get out of the session. It may be health-related, emotional, relationship or career issues or life-purpose/spiritual issues, anything for which you would like answers and healing. Please bring a list of questions with you and put your most important issue as number one. I will review it after our chat. You can ask anything about the past, present or future. Other good questions to ask are 'what is my life purpose?' and 'am I on the right path?'

The hypnosis part of the session lasts from one and a half to two hours. You will then lie on the plinth and I will start to guide you through the hypnosis. The session is recorded.

The last part of the session is where we will review your hypnosis experience. I will send you the recording and it is essential that you listen back to the recording several times as it will deepen the healing process for you.

A Healing Modality for the New Age
​
Many believe we have now entered into a new Golden Age for humanity, the Age of Aquarius, in which our consciousness is rapidly expanding. We are starting to understand that we had, for centuries been programmed into accepting many false dogmas and beliefs imposed upon us by Patriarchal leaders who sought to control us. Some religious doctrines for instance served to make us believe that we were small, sinful, powerless and that we needed to look outside of ourselves to a higher authority not just for guidance but also for salvation. During the current ‘Great Awakening’ people are finally becoming aware that they had not only been lied to but that a huge part of the reason for the deception was to stop us finding the source of truth within. QHHT shows that each of us can connect with our own inner wisdom (Higher Self) which is very closely connected to the God Source and therefore we are very powerful beings who can create our own reality.

Quantum Physics states that everything in the universe including matter, is energy vibrating at different frequencies and that this energy is all connected. Quantum Theory also states that energy can travel at any distance, at any time, making all points of space and time theoretical. The theory of multi-dimensionality asserts that there are multiple layers of reality or dimensions existing simultaneously. Linear time then is just an illusion and part of a 3D construct which we are now moving away from. QHHT supports this quantum aspect of reality in that clients can travel to past, parallel and future lives. Many of the past and parallel lives have been authenticated as being factual where, in several instances the clients gave details they couldn’t have known about.

QHHT unquestionably demonstrates that we have a vast and powerful consciousness, for when we connect with the higher self we can get all the answers we want. The ‘abstract’ metaphysical concept of our connection to God/Source/the Universe is now being shown in both QHHT and Quantum Physics to be a lot less abstract than once thought. Our ability to manifest is made concrete by the ‘Double Slit experiment’ where the ‘Observer Effect’ shows how the mere act of observation manifests our physical reality.
